Best of type Khamseh with staggering color saturation. The field design is a variant of the ‘ Gol Farang ‘ ( foreign flower ) design. This is an early one of its type.
Condition - Good. All original with good pile overall but a small amount of wear visible at the top. Missing a bit on the ends.
Size - 7’9” x 4’11”
Age - Circa 1870
Technical information - Wool pile on wool foundation. Symmetrically knotted.
